The 15th TBF was held from May 3 to May 6, 2018 at the International Exhibition and Congress Centre of Thessaloniki (TIF-Helexpo), and had La Francophonie -the French-speaking countries- as its Guest of Honour and Democracy in the 21st Century as its main topic.

As La Francophonie was the Guest of Honor, the Bureau International de l’Édition Française (BIEF, France) participated dynamically in the TBF and presented books published by 44 French publishers, a lot of whom were present.
